Travel Information
When you book a vacation with us, we will send you a map to help you find Cushing Cottage. However, if you won't be driving from home to Maine, perhaps the following information will be helpful.
Flights:
- fly into Logan Internation Airport in Boston. Either rent a car there and drive to Cushing (approximately 3.5 hours) or take a bus to Portland, Maine where you can also rent a car and drive 1.5 hours to Cushing. Bus available for trip from Logan to Rockland as well. Car rental in Thomaston with drive of 22 minutes to Cushing.
Or.....
- fly into Portland Jetport, Portland, Maine. Rent a car and drive 1.5 hours to Cushing.
Or.....
- fly into Logan and catch a flight to Knox County Airport in Owl's Head. Rent a car there or have one delivered from nearby Thomaston and drive 1/2 hour to Cushing.
Concord Coach Lines:
for bus departure/arrival schedules. Reservations not necessary. Round trip Logan to Rockland is $64.00. Round trip Logan to Portland is $45.00. Bus has wifi and movies available.
